Project repairs Building 375 (B375) at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) Kaneohe bay. This project addresses structural deficiencies noted in the 2023 structural inspection report as well as multiple deficiencies noted throughout various MAXIMO work requests. Scope of work for this project includes repairs to metal roofs, gutters and downspouts; spall repairs to concrete walls, repairs to deteriorated sections of metal structure and siding; replacement of deteriorated interior doors, interior walls, flooring and epoxy floor coating, suspended ceilings; repairs to stairs; replacement of all toilet fixtures and plumbing as needed; replacement of the Fire Alarm system, addition of adequate exit markings and emergency lighting, repairs to Fire Suppression system to include adding sprinklers to currently un-sprinklered areas; replacement of deteriorated components of HVAC systems; electrical work to include replacing 1000 kVA transformer, replacement of deteriorated panels and switchboards, light fixtures, receptacles, wiring; repairs to interior telecom distribution, repair of the hangar door panels, repair of the lean-to structure at the east elevation of the building, replacement of corroded gutters, and repairs to the existing drainage system surrounding B375 to address water infiltration issues noted during periods of heavy rainfall. Areas affected by repair/construction will be in compliance with applicable ATFP, fire suppression, seismic, accessibility, ASHRAE, LEEDs, and flood plain codes and standards (as required) upon completion of the project.
