Project will replace 2,760-sf aggregate-type built-up roof with smooth-type and will install sprinkler and fire alarm system. Additional scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will include the following: 1] Replace men /women toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (2-ea), wall mounted urinal (1-ea), lavatory (2-ea) and service sink (2-ea) complete with all required accessories, 2] Replace 2-ea roof exhaust fan complete with all required accessories serving mech'l room area and men/ women rest room, 3] Replace 1-each Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU) and 1-each Air Handling Unit (AHU), including ducting system approx. 250-lf, 4], Replace the existing water heater, isolate, secured water gate valve, supply inlet/outlet in a way of works, 5] Layout, install and tap new 6" dia. underground pipes from nearest fire hydrant #13 connection, approx. 30-lf. complete with fittings and accessories. 6] Install 1-ea new DCVA backflow preventer at the fire riser for the FPS line, 7] Remove & replace existing 2-ea disconnect switch including conduit, wires, fitting, hanger, supports and all required accessories for 1-ea ACCU and 1-ea AHU, 8] Replace windows, vinyl tiles, rolled carpet, and 8] Excavation and backfilling, restoration of concrete walkway.
