REPAIRS TO INERT STOREHOUSE, F-510

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and BUILDER Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Replace cross main and branch line piping's including fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories, 2] Replace sprinkler system riser assembly including valves, fittings, and all required accessories, 3] Replace approximately 70-ea sprinkler heads, 4]. Replace men / women toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (2-ea), wall mounted urinal (1-ea), lavatory (4-ea) complete with all required accessories, 4] Replace plumbing pipes approximately 70-lf of 1-1/2" inch, 100-lf of 3/4-inch pipe complete with fittings and all required accessories, 5]. Replace 1-ea emergency eye wash/ shower station complete with all required accessories, 6] Replace 2-each overhead doors (motor operated) and 1-ea (motor operated),12' x 12' located exterior wall side of the building, 7] Replace 1-ea roof exhaust fan complete with all accessories, 8] Replace built-up roofing, seal & paint roof panel screw heads, 9] replacement of single wood doors and double aluminum door assembly, replace portion of corrugated roof panels at North side of the facility.
