Scope of this project is to 1]. Replace the corroded roof panels, gutters, downspouts, flashing,, cross bar and tighteners, apply Mesh Reinforced Elastomeric Coating (MREC) on roof surfaces, replace exterior doors and windows assembly, sandblast metal framings, and painting works, 2]. Demolish 1-each 7.5-tons Package A/C unit including interior/exterior supply/return ducting approx._40-lf, 3]. Remove 3/4" diameter rs and flexible conduit with wires approx._25-lf and 1-ea disconnect switch, including associated accessories, control thermostat, supports/fittings and 4]. Replace 13-each fluorescent lighting fixtures including the corroded conduits, switches, outlets, panels and all required hardware. Additional scope of work for the recommendation to permanently remove existing PACU and 1]. Installation of new Split Type A/C unit complete with all required suction/liquid line refrigerant, power supply wires, controls, hardware and accessories, 2]. Installation of new Window Type A/C unit complete with power supply wires, hardware and accessories, 3]. Installation of new In-Line Supply Fan and Wall Exhaust Fan , tied and ducted to Stainless Steel Fume Hood Exhaust System, complete with power supply wires, hardware and accessories, 4]. Installation of concrete pad for new Split Type A/C unit, 5]. Removal / re-installation or replacement of affected ceiling system, 6]. Removal of concrete pad for PACU unit, 7]. Provide wall opening for new Window Type A/C, Split Type A/C & other mechanical items, blank-off wall opening vacated by mechanical items and 8]. Install fix Window glass at bar area and painting of disturb surfaces and new work.
