REPAIRS TO NGIS 10

MECHANICAL 1. Remove and provide two (2) each air handling units and two (2) each air cooled condensing units complete with base supports and all required system appurtenances. 2. Remove and provide portion of supply and return air ducting system at AHU Rooms complete with supports and all required accessories. 3. Remove and provide supply and return refrigerant piping system complete with insulations, claddings, supports and required peripheral accessories. 4. Remove and provide four(4) each heat pump water heaters complete with portion of supply/return water pipelines, supports and required accessories. 5. Perform complete testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) works by the NEBB Certified TAB Specialist. 6. Perform functional testing and commissioning for the newly installed HVAC equipments by the Manufacturer's Technical Representative. II. ELECTRICAL 1. Remove and provide power supply of HVAC system including but not limited to disconnect switch, circuit breakers, wires and conduits. 2. Provide temporary power supply for the temporary A/C units. Remove same after installation of new A/C units. III. CIVIL/STRUCTURAL 1. Remove existing equipment base supports and provide with new. 2. Earthworks/excavation works for mechanical & electrical trench. 3. Restore any disturbed CMU/concrete wall & concrete slab as affected by the project. 4. Repair spalled/deteriorated portion of reinforced concrete overhang of both stairways. IV. GENERAL 1. Provide painting works, perform surface preparation and cleaning of new and existing surfaces affected by work. Provide color to match existing paint of adjacent building component. 2. Provide fire rated sealants for gaps formed thru penetration. 3. Provide fire rated drywall assembly to reach the structure above to enclose the mechanical room.
