Scope of work are based on approved WIB, dated 16 May 2018 and 28 June 2017. Replace roof exhaust fans, electrical distribution lines, safety disconnect switches, interior lighting fixtures, fire alarm system, AC system, install fire sprinkler system and construct gypsum board wall with acoustical ceiling including painting of new work. WIB scope and ICAP requirements as of April 2020 are included on this estimate, this project is also in conjunction with Task Order N4008419F4712 WR QE8006 Remove and Replace All Floor Carpet, UPH-8 RFP M0. Assumptions is that all VCT and carpet tiles are already replaced with non ACM. PWD FOS includes the following scope (email & instructions received last 16 July 2020 from Imelda Alquizar & Bryan Quinalayo): (1) Replacement of carpet, (2) Installation of garbage-disposer for kitchen sink, (3) Provide TV antenna connectivity, (4) Include off-island disposal for ACM and lead waste, (5) Off-island disposal for non-burnable construction waste, (6) Install telecommunication connections including AFNET network and SURE data ethernet and (7) Provide new stand-alone DDC system. This SE was revised to include scope of work of QE9001 per email dated 8/25/2021. QE9001 SOW - Installation of new cross main and branch line piping complete with fittings, pipe supports/hangers, brackets and all required accessories for approximately 1,800-sf mechanical building, F-1622 and replacement of fire alarm system existing peripheral devices complete with conduits, wires, fittings, support and accessories connected from UPH-8 electrical room up to Mechanical Building F-1622 is consolidated to this SE.
