Scope of works are the following: (1) Replace entire exterior single doors and frames at all floor levels (2) Replace entire exterior double doors and frames at ground level (3) Replace entire interior wooden doors at ground level, door, frames and other accessories including combination locks/ cipher locks/ dead bolt lock for selected rooms (4) Replace entire existing acoustical ceiling and entire floor carpet. (5) Replace existing Vinyl composition tiles, VCT at all rooms (6) Selective replacement/ repair to the corroded guardrails/ handrails from 2nd level up to roof deck (7) Replace damaged Built-Up Roof system including to replace corroded wall-mounted ladder assembly including grab rail, rungs and metal cage. (8) Layout / Install new crossmain and branchline pipes and riser assembly including new C900 underground pipes from the nearest main water distribution line connection. (9) Replace roof exhaust fan (10) Replace conduits for 1 KVA Fire Alarm Dry Type Transformer (11) Replace existing fire alarm control panel addressable complete with remote annunciators & local operating consoles, MNS Audio evacuation panel, peripheral devices, conduits and wires, horn strobes, Manual pull station, smoke detectors and radio call box (12) Replace emergency lights, exit lights, interior lights, conduits and wires. (13) Technical Representative support to perform the testing and commissioning requirements of the projects.
