Full Description

MPSR# 23657315 Upgraded to CAT-2 DB-IH, Q1 FY26 Originated as BTO CAT-4 - Jacobs did not want to bid then upgraded to CAT-3 TO, Q2 FY25 - Now CAT-2. Added Design Requirement: Design and Install prevention of buoyancy of the tanks when ground/spring water builds-up within containment. Description of Work (Repair, Replace, Upgrade) The tank at Bldg #7000 has a crack in the lid allowing the tank to fill with water. Both pumps have a dead short on one phase. The tank needs to be replaced along with both pumps and motors. Repair and replace degraded wastewater tank, and associated pumps and motors. JUSTIFICATION: LOL# 273
