Scope of work are the following: 1]. Replace 2-each 5.0-Ton pad mounted Package A/C unit complete with spring vibration isolators and condensate drain lines, programmable thermostat, temperature sensors and all ship loose components, 2]. Replace existing supply/return ducting/cladding and flexible duct connector, 3]. Install 3/4" diameter rs and flexible conduit with wires and 2-ea disconnect switch complete with all the required accessories and 4]. replace the affected ceiling system and touch up/paint disturb surfaces incurred during replacement works.
