Scope of work are the following: 1]. Replace 1-each 5.0-Ton Package A/C unit complete with spring vibration isolators and condensate drain lines, programmable thermostat, temperature sensors and all ship loose components, 2]. Replace existing supply/return, ducting/cladding, flexible duct connector and all required duct acessories,3]. Install 3/4" diameter rs and flexible conduit with wires approx. 25-lf and 1-ea disconnect switch complete with all the required accessories and 4]. Touch up/paint disturb surfaces incurred during replacement works.
