The scope of this work will involve the following: 1] Install Wet Pipe Sprinkler System at 10-each BOSC Housing buildings with 62-rooms. 2] Install and tap 4" dia. CPVC underground pipes from nearest existing water lines to the exterior wall of the buildings. complete with fittings and accessories. 3] Install new sprinkler system components and riser complete with all required accessories, 4] Excavation, backfill and compaction works for fire water connection, 5] Removal, save and reinstallation of gypsum ceiling 6] Fabrication/ construction of exterior enclosure for the new fire sprinkler riser, 7]. Remove and re-install affected lighting fixtures during installation of fire protection system,8] Install fire alarm system complete with addressable Fire alarm control panel, remote annunciators & local operating consoles, interface panel, MNS Audio evacuation panel, peripheral devices, conduits, wires, fittings support and accessories, 9] Install approved DCVA backflow preventer assembly (BFP) for fire sprinkler system.
