Full Description

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Replace built-up roofing, installation of MREC and replace roof edge flashing, 2]. Replace 1-each engine driven fire pump and 1-each jockey pump,3] Fabricate/Install the new wall mounted exhaust fan and hood, 4] Install 1-ea new electrically driven fire pump controller, 5] Replace fire sprinkler heads, riser and all branch line piping system including fittings, brace/support, hanger and all supported accessories, 6] Replace fire alarm system and controller.
