B1584 please clean and apply a rubberized coating membrane on the roof. Building is a P.E.B. (pre-engineered building, metal), metal panels are in good shape but the first thing to go are the washers on the metal screws'; through UV, dry rot and vibration. Remove and replace screws with washers holding down panels. MISSION IMPACT: applying white coating will help with cooling which will reduce wear and tear on HVAC equipment and energy costs. Command spent funds on renovating conference rooms with new carpet, paint and chairs. having the roof leak is not an option
