Z--Remove and replace the HVAC system at the Southern Plains Indian Museum in the RE Gallery

The contract entails the removal and replacement of the HVAC system at the RE Gallery of the Southern Plains Indian Museum in Anadarko, Oklahoma, with performance required to be completed within a 60-day window from notice to proceed, between June 5 and August 4, 2026, or alternatively June 17 and August 6, 2026. Work must comply with stringent technical and safety standards, including OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910.1000, NFPA 90A/90B, NFPA 70 (NEC), Uniform Mechanical and Plumbing Codes, UL 1995, ASHRAE 189.1, 90.1, and 62.1, ASTM standards, and 10 CFR 440 Appendix A for weatherization.
