GEBERAL DESCRIPTION: Remove and replace the existing HVAC systems serving the first and second floor of the south lean-to of Hangar 422. in general, the work will consist of removing two split system heat pumps, all ductwork, grilles and associated control. The new HVAC system for approximately 6000 square foot of offices shall consist of six split system heat pumps with associated ductwork, grilles and controls. All associated electrical work to support the HVAC replacement is included. Also part of the project will include removing all the suspended ceilings and replacing them with new grid and ceiling tiles. All the existing devices in the ceiling shall be reused such as light, heated detectors and speakers. The project includes applying spray foam polyicynene insulation at the roof to create an airtight attic.
