Scope of work are the following: 1]. Remove old, supply and install new 2-each ACCUs complete with spring vibration isolators , condensate drain lines, refrigirant supply and return lines programmable thermostat temperature sensors and all ship loose components, 2].Remove old, supply and install new 2-each AHUs together with controller, VAV boxes, portions of return and supply air duct complete with spring vibration isolators, condensate drain lines, sensors and all ship loose components 3].Saw cut and chip existing concrete pad, and install new concrete pad for ACCUs, 4]. Touch up/paint disturb surfaces incurred during replacement works for AHU concrete pads 5] Provide temporary mobile AC unit for the duration of the works.
