REPLACE HVAC UNITS, REPLACE KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS/CABINETS AND RE-ROUTE WATER LINES FOR (5) 4 BEDROOM UNITS. ADDRESSING HVAC DESIGN FLAWS AND MOISTURE INTRUSION ISSUES WITH 4BR UNITS TO CONTROL MOLD & MILDEW. THIS PROJECT IS TO CORRECT DESIGN DEFICIENCIES, AND IMPROPER INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE ON THE HVAC SYSTEM ON AIR CONDITIONING. DEHUMIDIFICATION, IIN MULTIPLE HOMES LOCATED AT WEST IGUANA NEIGHBORHOODS WHICH WERE BUILT FROM 1984 THUR 1985. THESE HOMES ARE CURRENTLY NEGATIVELY PRESSURIZED AND HAVE HIGH HUMIDITY INSIDE.
