Full Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: Funds are not currently available for this requirement. The Government currently plans to issue solicitation number FA4613-17-R-0007, Replace Transformers for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This acquisition is a Total Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition is to have a Contractor be responsible for furnishing all labor, means, operations, materials, equipment, accessories, special permits, licenses and incidentals necessary for performing all operations required for the replacement of three end of life transformers in the Weapons Storage Area (WSA) at at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The contractor shall replace the primary and secondary feeder circuits to these transformers in strict accordance with the specifications, applicable drawings, other attachments and the terms and conditions of the contract. The statement of magnitude for this acquisition is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 14 February 2017 and will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) at https://www.fbo.gov. This solicitation will be available via internet only, meaning solicitation documents will not be available by any other means.
