This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. The solicitation number is FY255281015 this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The requirement is for Replacement of 6P3 Drainage Sump Pump & Worn-out Parts for the International Boundary and Water Commission, Amistad Power Plant located at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, Texas 78840. Note that Del Rio and Uvalde counties are remote and adjacent to the US-Mexico border. All work will be performed on the US side of the border. This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a corresponding small business standard of $12.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is J043 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Pumps and Compressors. Only offers from SAM registered small businesses will be considered for this solicitation. Evaluation of Offer - The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror that is determined to be the best value for the IBWC.
