Repost F510 VFD NEMA and Installation Patrick Henry Community College

The Virginia Community College Shared Services Center is soliciting unsealed bids for the procurement, delivery, and installation of one VFD NEMA 1 F510 Enclosure at the Patrick and Henry Community College MET II Welding Lab in Martinsville, Virginia. The scope of work requires a qualified firm to mount the enclosure on a brick wall, install the necessary conduit and wiring from Disconnect WFE-2 and the VFD to the motor, and perform the final system startup and output check. All services must be completed by November 12, 2026, with the contractor providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside specifically for DSBSD-certified micro or small businesses, including certified women-owned and minority-owned firms. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, provided the bid is not mathematically or materially unbalanced. Bids must be submitted electronically through eVA by September 29, 2026. The selected contractor must maintain proper licensing, adhere to Commonwealth of Virginia ethics and non-discrimination standards, and provide a Small Business Subcontracting Plan.
