Amendment 1 - April 30, 2026 - Update PDF with Appendix AThe Local Government currently procures mobile cellular services, business internet services, and related support through multiple service providers and separate agreements. Several of these agreements are approaching expiry. The Local Government operates a complex and geographically distributed environment and relies on mobile and internet services to support operational, public facing, and mission critical applications. In some cases, services must continue to operate during emergencies, service disruptions, or periods of high demand.Through this RFI, the Local Government is seeking to better understand:- Which service providers operate in this market, and the nature of their service offerings- Market practices related to bundling together or separating mobile and internet services- Opportunities to improve overall value, resiliency, and operational effectiveness- How a future procurement may be structured to remain competitive, flexible, and inclusive of different service models
