Solicitation N00164-27-Q-0006 is a sole source, firm fixed price procurement issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division for engineering services to support five AN/SLQ-32(V)4 G4DSP-XD3 multiprocessor cards. The primary objective is to perform evaluation diagnostics, failure analysis, and data extraction on non-working processing units to determine if they are repairable or beyond economic repair. Key technical requirements include salvaging Northrop Grumman running scripts and operational binary scripts from non-volatile memory, as well as mapping hardcoded IP schemes and network connection profiles.
