The County is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify the most reasonable source for the procurement of trade show booth and related services for the IPW 2025 event in Chicago, Illinois. The purpose of this RFI is to determine if the required services are available from multiple providers or if a single source is the only feasible option to meet the County’s needs. The designated service provider is expected to handle the design, construction, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of a visually appealing and functional trade show booth that effectively promotes the Visit Lauderdale brand. The scope includes creating a booth layout for a 20' x 120' space, coordinating signage, managing logistics, and providing all necessary on-site services such as setup, teardown, audio-visual, electrical, and material handling. Vendors interested in being considered must submit information demonstrating their capability to meet or exceed the specified requirements through an electronic bidding system by the response deadline of April 18, 2025. The County’s Director of Purchasing will review submissions and determine whether the service is available from multiple sources or if a sole source designation is appropriate. The decision will be final and not subject to objection or protest. The contract size is estimated to range between $500,000 and $1,500,000, and the solicitation is managed by the Florida Department of Administrative Services' Purchasing division.
