The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research and identify capable sources for Window Cleaning Services at Building 2710 for the 412 TENG.


This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a solicitation. The Government is seeking to identify qualified small businesses and obtain industry feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).


2.0 REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment (ladders, scaffolding, lifts), and supervision to clean interior and exterior windows at Building 2710 (a two-story building). The requirement encompasses approximately 4,072 sq ft of exterior glass, 956 sq ft of common area/atrium glass, and 196 sq ft of specialized interior glass. Cleaning is required on a biannual basis (every six months).


Special Note: The atrium involves high-reach windows requiring scaffolding or specialized lifts. The Government is currently verifying the exact floor load capacity for the atrium lobby.


3.0 REQUESTED INFORMATION
Interested and capable vendors are requested to provide a brief capability statement (no more than 3 pages) addressing the following: as well as a Quote.

  2. Socio-Economic Status: Identify any small business designations (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB).
