Request for Infromation (RFI) - U. S. COAST GUARD POLAR SECURITY CUTTER (PSC) PROJECT RESIDENT OFFICE PASCAGOULA (PROPGLA) TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

The U.S. Coast Guard Project Resident Office in Pascagoula is seeking contractor support services for the Polar Security Cutter Acquisition Program. These services encompass a wide range of technical and management functions including acquisition, logistics, configuration management, quality assurance, technical program oversight, government property management, test plan development and administration, as well as data management. Contractor personnel will provide essential support both on-site at the PROPGLA facilities in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and remotely when authorized, helping to ensure smooth progress through the production cycle of the PSC. Key responsibilities for the contractor include overseeing the ship construction process, managing government-furnished equipment and materials, providing support for testing and validation activities, and assisting with project and logistics coordination. Personnel must be capable of working in both office and industrial settings and must satisfy necessary security clearance requirements. The initial contract period is twelve months, with the possibility of four additional one-year option periods, enabling sustained support throughout the program’s duration. The solicitation is a sources-sought notice issued by the Department of Homeland Security’s Coast Guard headquarters, with responses due by early June 2026.
