REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ABSENCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROGRAM

With this RFP, CMHC is seeking prospective “Proponents” (Proponent / You / Your) to submit proposals for adjudication and management of the Salary Continuance Program, along with providing stay at work services and supports including access to treatment prior to a leave, intermittent absence, accommodation and ergonomic support as further described in Appendix C – Statement of Work. It is CMHC’s intention to enter into an agreement on a non-exclusive basis with one (1) successful Proponent. The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for an initial term of five (5) years with two (2) two-year options to extend, for up to a total period of nine (9) years.Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 pm EST, on November 14, 2022.Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents.
