This contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 562211 for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide infectious waste and international garbage disposal services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The BPA has a master dollar limit of $700,000 and a five-year period of performance from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Infectious waste generated from designated buildings in Areas A and B, including the hospital and vet clinic, must be incinerated, while international garbage from the flight-line and specific buildings must be treated by autoclaving. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of collection, packaging, transportation, treatment, and disposal in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and must maintain valid licenses for both incineration and autoclaving operations.
