Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services

The Shackan Indian Band has issued Request for Proposal R2026-01 for construction management services to develop the Child and Family Wellness Center in Shackan, British Columbia. This project involves a multi-building facility totaling approximately 16,600 square feet with an estimated construction cost of 18.2 million dollars. The selected proponent will provide professional management across the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, including the management of competitively tendered trade packages.
