Page 1 of 4 Sources Sought for Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Network Contracting Office 5 (WV, MD, and DC) This is a SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Veteran Owned Small Business sources.  NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED WITH THIS SYNOPSIS. The scope is that it will consist of multiple construction contracts for a base of ten (10) years for the following locations: Baltimore VA Medical Center 10N Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 Loch Raven VA Medical Center 3900 Loch Raven Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21218 Perry Point VA Medical Center 59 Ave. D, Perry Point, MD 21902 Washington DC VA Medical Center 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422 Beckley VA Medical Center 200 Veterans Ave., Beckley, WV 25801 Clarksburg VA Medical Center 1 Med Center Dr., Clarksburg, WV 26301 Huntington VA Medical Center 1540 Spring Valley Dr., Huntington, WV 25704 Martinsburg VA Medical Center 510 Butler Ave., Martinsburg, WV 25405 The NAICS Code assigned to this acquisition is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Size Standard of $45,000,000.00. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SYNOPSIS. THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. Task orders will be solicited separately and funded separately. The type of work to be performed on the task orders may include, but is not limited to: Demolition, renovation and new construction of healthcare facilities; repair, renovation and other alteration of various facilities, this work will include various trades such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, architectural, civil, as well as concrete and/or asphalt paving.
