NOTE: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit bids from pre-qualified suppliers holding a valid Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement (SBIPS SA) issued pursuant to the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) solicitation No. EN537-05IT01. This SBIPS SA RFP is a requirement involving the following SBIPS Stream of Expertise: Legacy Support and Transition. All Tier 2 SBIPS SA Holders qualified in the above Stream of Expertise are eligible to bid on this requirement. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 29, 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. REQUIREMENT: This RFP pertains to database and application code conversion services required for the Receiver General’s Payment Reconciliation Stabilization (PRS) Project and aimed to stabilize the aging, legacy Payment and Cheque Redemption system (PCR) , which is the system used to reconcile redeemed Government of Canada (GC) payments.
