The Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) has identified a requirement for multiple Application Software Architects and Programmer Analysts with a Secret clearance to provide support to Business Solutions team in the delivery of Digital Transformation projects for departmental projects and initiatives. A portion of DFATD's infrastructure is currently undergoing a modernization to create an IM/IT environment that provides service excellence to Canadians, aligned with the vision of a robust and resilient Cloud adoption strategy. There is a requirement to support and evolve the DFATD suite of custom applications to improve client service efficiency, accuracy and accountability. These applications range from small, simple and business line-specific, to large, complex, and department-wide. As the client services evolve and modernize, within the Government of Canada’s IM/IT strategic direction, the supporting applications need to evolve and modernize as well.
