Request for Qualifications, Baylis Hall Elevator Rehab

SUNY Maritime is seeking a New York State licensed and registered architect or engineer to provide comprehensive design services for the phased rehabilitation of three eight-stop elevators at Baylis Residence Hall in the Bronx. The scope of work encompasses design development, the creation of coordinated construction documents, procurement assistance, and construction administration, including biweekly meetings and site visits. To ensure continuous building operations, the project requires that two elevators remain in service throughout the process.
