The Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center (GBCMHC) is an 8-story mental health facility approximately 144,000 sq. ft. that has roughly 100 in-patients residing within the building full-time as well as out-patient services. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Construction Manager to provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference Project. The scope of work includes the installation of a code-compliant sprinkler system for the building, new building fire pump, one new exterior emergency generator and associated fuel storage tank, HVAC systems and related building repairs, finish restoration, and site modifications associated with the construction requiring a bituminous driveway, utility modifications if required, a new curb cut and restoration of the lawn area.
