Request for Qualifications - Fraternity and Sorority Life Visioning, Housing Strategy, and Long-Term Partnership Planning

The University of Wyoming is seeking qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive long-term vision for Fraternity and Sorority Life on its Laramie campus, with a focus on creating a vibrant, safe, value-based, and sustainable experience aligned with the university’s mission and student success goals. Consultants will be tasked with guiding the conceptualization, planning, and documentation of strategic recommendations that integrate with broader campus master planning initiatives and will deliver a final report to the University Board of Trustees. The scope includes evaluating current FSL structures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and establishing a forward-looking housing and partnership strategy that supports student development and institutional priorities. Proposals must be submitted by July 28, 2026, in response to solicitation number 26-307, with consulting services anticipated to commence in September 2026 and conclude with the delivery of the final report by February 2027. The effort is led by the University of Wyoming’s Office of Student Life, with Heather Earl serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
