The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award.


  1. The Contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to provide the required circuit as specified under Section 1 of the SOW.
  2. Prices.  In consideration of satisfactory performance of the services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed price (FFP) per month as stated in  the SOW.
