The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award.
- The Contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to provide the required circuit as specified under Section 1 of the SOW.
- Prices. In consideration of satisfactory performance of the services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed price (FFP) per month as stated in the SOW.
