The Orange County Transportation Authority is seeking quotes for lighting supplies under Request for Quote 250386, with a total budget of $50,000 for a two-year term effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. This is a blanket purchase order requiring firms to submit firm-fixed prices covering all line items in the Pricing Proposal; failure to quote all items renders a submission non-responsive and ineligible for award. The evaluation is based solely on cost, with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder selected on a lump sum basis. All pricing must include direct and indirect costs, freight, and profit, with no adjustments, surcharges, or increases permitted during the contract term.
