Requirement for Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS)

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Source Foundation Aeronautical Navigation Office is seeking a commercial provider to develop and maintain specialized software for producing Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS), a critical component for ensuring the safety of navigation for Department of Defense aviation operations worldwide. The requirement centers on automating and optimizing the TERPS production process to enhance user experience, software functionality, and system integration with geospatial data formats such as SRTM and TanDEM-X.
