The system is designed to support disaster logistics operations, including warehouse and transportation operations, inventory management, in-transit visibility, point-of-distribution support, and financial reconciliation. The scope encompasses recurring SaaS licensing, cybersecurity and system authorization support, and optional surge capacity to handle disaster-response requirements.
