The project requires full replacement of existing fire alarm systems, fire pumps, jockey pumps, and variable frequency drives, along with construction of a new fire pump enclosure compliant with the 2019 NFPA 20 standard, including proper electrical, plumbing, ventilation, lighting, and temperature control.
