This award will be made IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a single-source procurement under NAICS Code 513210 Software Publishers. Contractors are encouraged to offer their best price available. Quote shall include delivery by August 14 2023, to Fairfax, VA 22030. Shipping/delivery costs, if any, shall be included with your quote. Shipping is to be FOB Destination. With your quote include the following two (2) document: In support of FAR 15.404-1, provide historical redacted quotes/contracts to other Government agencies or other than the Government to ensure the price is fair and reasonable. Include with your quote any End License User Agreements (EULAs) a Government addendum or rider. that will be applicable to this software license.
