The solicitation will be for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services for male and female offenders held under the authority of United States statutes in the Southern Los Angeles County, California area (within the following geographical boundaries: Northern Boundary - Manchester Avenue and Firestone Boulevard; Eastern Boundary - Interstate 605 and Seal Beach Boulevard; the Southern and Western Boundaries - the Pacific Ocean). The requirement will be for approximately sixty (60) beds (45 male - 15 female) for the two-year base period and each of the three (3) one-year option periods. The anticipated period of performance is May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2016, if all option years are exercised.
