This request for information is issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements. The solicitation will be for residential reentry center services for adult male and female offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes. The location will be within the city limits of Fairbanks, AK and within a half (1/2) mile radius of a mass transit system or van service so offenders will have no more than a one (1) hour wait. The requirement will be for an estimated ten (10) male beds and five (5) female beds for the two-year Base period and each of the three one-year options, if exercised. The anticipated period of performance is September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2015 if all options are exercised.
