ISC office reconstruction work. After a significant fire to the Chancery building, the smoke odor, soot and water damages have impacted on the health of the staff. Many staff personnel have reported to the Embassy health unit suffering from eyes, and throat irritation. Due to urgency of the circumstance and short timeline to get the job completed, we have no choice but to go "other than full and open competition" source for this particular scope of work. If the work gets delayed any further, it jeopardizes the morale and health of the current workforce.
