Project Overview Minnesota State is requesting proposals to assist in developing a bid to resurface parking lots on the Minnesota West Community and Technical College, Worthington campus. Technical/Functional Requirements Remove loose debris using blower and power broom. Fill large cracks with hot rubber (~400°F), smooth finished. Apply asphalt acrylic and aggregate blend spray to asphalt surfaces. Remove millings and prepare surface for overlay. Mill and grade parking lot to 2 inches depth for overlay. Pave parking lot with 2 inches of hot mix asphalt. Roll paved area to achieve proper compaction. Clean work area and haul off debris. Mill and patch large potholes. Patch potholes with hot mix asphalt and compact. Contract Terms Minnesota State desires to enter into a contract with the successful Respondent(s) effective 6/1/2026 or on the date the last recognized signature is obtained, whichever occurs later. The length of such contract(s) will be one month. If Minnesota State and Respondent are unable to negotiate and sign a contract by 6/10/2026, then Minnesota State reserves the right to seek an alternative Respondent(s). Inquiries and Submission Instructions Minnesota State accepts all questions and bid submissions exclusively through Minnesota State's e-procurement system.
