Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. Region 1: Pacific (British Columbia) The maximum estimated value of the Region 1 SL is $2,700,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the Region 1 SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $900,000.00 at any time. Region 2: Prairies (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) The maximum estimated value of the Region 2 SL is $3,900,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the Region 2 SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $1,300,000.00 at any time. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $50,000.00 and $250,000.00; the maximum value of a commission is $350,000.00. Refer to the RFP document for additional information. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
