RFB _INSTALL A 20'X24' ENCLOSED BUILDING/GARAGE

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the installation of a 20’x24’ enclosed building or garage located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, under solicitation number Procurement #164628, with bids due by June 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and quality control to complete the structure to specified standards, including a concrete pad foundation, 26-gauge roof and siding in tan with a green metal roof, two 10’x8’ rollup doors with electric openers in white, and full interior electrical for lighting and door operation. The building must have an 8-foot floor-to-rafter height and comply with all applicable state laws, municipal ordinances, and local authority regulations.
