The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the purchase of a new Mini Skid Steer, with a requirement that the equipment meet or exceed specified technical standards including a 24.8 HP engine, hydrostatic transmission, 42-inch wide tracks, SAHR parking brake, dual hydrostatic drive motors, and a 5-roller undercarriage. The bid must include a completed Mandatory Bid Response Sheet and proof of current Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) certification, which is mandatory for eligibility for Indian Preference. Bidders must also certify that all specifications are fully met, with product images provided, and affirm compliance with the Buy American Act for iron, steel, and manufactured components. No Unique Entity ID or CAGE code is required, but bidders must disclose any organizational conflicts of interest and confirm they are not debarred, suspended, or have been convicted of specified criminal activities within the last three years. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and reasonable bid, with preference given to TERO-certified entities under a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable framework, contingent on funding availability.
