City of Saint Paul on behalf of Public Work Department is requesting bids for Cul De Sac Snow Plowing Service. The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor to plow snow off certain cul-de-sacs and the street segments leading into the cul-de-sacs during snow emergencies declared by the City of Saint Paul and residential plowing operations. Cul-de-Sac route plow times shall start at 8 am on the Day Phase of the declared snow emergency, unless otherwise specified by the City. Addenda (if necessary) will be posted on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any proposals received without explanation. THE TIME LISTED ABOVE FOR CLOSING REFLECTS AS THE TIME ZONE IN WHICH YOUR (SUPPLIER) COMPUTER IS SET TO. THE CLOSING TIME FOR THIS EVENT IS 2:00:00 P.M CENTRAL TIME ZONE.
