The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from Interested Parties on the implementation of an enterprise-wide Provider Management solution for enrolling and re-enrolling all eligible fee-for-service Providers in the Medi-Cal program. The solution will be completely web-based where Providers can submit their applications and maintain accurate up-to-date information via an online portal.
This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the State to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. DHCS asks willing Respondents to share nonbinding budgetary pricing information for each identified solution where requested. Pricing is only for planning purposes. Any pricing provided in a response to this RFI will not be considered an offer on the part of a Respondent.
