RFI: Commercial Kitchen / Dining Facility Equipment Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services for Delaware Army National Guard

The Delaware Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) under solicitation W912L527RFIL002 to identify qualified vendors for preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) and corrective repair services for commercial kitchen and dining facility equipment. The scope of work is limited to Class C Personal Property, which includes movable, plug-in, or quick-disconnect equipment such as commercial refrigeration, freezers, ice machines, ovens, ranges, griddles, steamers, and combi-ovens across eight facilities throughout Delaware. Services will be performed on-site and must adhere to manufacturer instructions and food safety standards. The government is seeking industry feedback on pricing methodologies, response times, and technical certifications, such as EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and state licensing, to inform a future solicitation anticipated for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. The proposed contract structure is a standalone commercial services contract with a firm-fixed-price base for PMCS and time-and-materials or not-to-exceed line items for unscheduled repairs. The anticipated period of performance consists of a 12-month base year with two 12-month options, totaling three years. Interested respondents must submit a vendor profile and a summary of technical capabilities, including relevant experience from the past three years and geographic coverage across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties.
